Return and Refund Policy



  • All deposits are non-refundable 
  • All deposits are valid for 12 months
  • You may reschedule your surgery date within 2 weeks of your appointed date
  • You must notify your Rep as a first point of contact
  • If you are unable to contact your Rep you must email admin info@luxurydollzdr.com
  • All monthly instalments for any payment plan must be paid each month. If you miss two payments this will default your agreement
